Anodizing Additive
Anodizing Additive is mostly used in sulfuric acid anodizing electrolytes for the purpose of improving the performance of the culminating anodized surface. This formulation also prevents the aluminum from burning in the course of anodizing process. Lowering down the burning tendency allows the formation of supreme quality and uniform oxide even when anodizing at higher current densities. This minimizes the anodize time and assists in increased production. Using another chemical can be added during the anodizing process for producing a coating that is more dense, hard and consistent.
